How Love Went

      How Love Went
She cried to dismissive men,
"Anymore and I'll be gone."
"I need some good love while I'm still young."
Every piece of her heart a pawn.

Wishing for the final end.
She fell in love with a married man.
He took her hand but she would not give in.
He was not her's to take, it was a sin.

When Love Went
It Was No Accident
Where Love Went
It Was No Accident
'Til was gone.

(Bridge)
Oh, it's the broken heart that hurts us the most.
All we want is a way to love when we are alone.

(Music solo back into verse)

It was late that fatal night.
When a call came into his wife.
Ultimatums were said,
"Put me through to the dispatch.

"I'll catch him in his unfaithful act."
The words said in vain were revenge.

How Love Went
It Was No Accident
Where Love Went
It Was No Accident
'Til was gone

How Love Went
It Was No Accident
Love Won't Relent
How Love Went and It Was Gone
